Jaypee group donates Rs 1.5 crore for flood-hit Kerala

NEW DELHI: Diversified infrastructure conglomerate Jaypee Group said that it has donated about Rs 1.5 crore towards relief and recovery efforts in Kerala which was recently ravaged by floods.

On behalf of the Group, the cheque was handed over by R.R. Kumar and R.K. Dua, Sr. Vice President, Jaypee Group to Puneet Kumar, IAS, Resident Commissioner, Kerala House towards chief minister distress relief fund.

In its continued effort to support the affected people of Kerala, Jaypee Group also despatched two trucks load of necessary relief material including clothes, dry ration and toiletries over the weekend.

Last week too, Jaypee group dispatched trucks with necessary relief material to support the affected people of Kerala.
